I decided I didn't have enough time to keep a full-service website up and running so I made the executive decision to shut Scrappy Kats down and look into selling consignment in another shop. I'll keep you posted when and where I finally find my new digi home on the web!

New Kit AND New Layout!

I've been working on my newest kit "Princess Dreams" for a few weeks now and I think I finally have it done! I even scrapped a page with it which is amazing since lately I haven't been able to find a lot of time to do layouts being that we are so busy with trying to get our house ready to sell. I hope to get the kit in the store within the next few days at Scrappy Kats so keep a lookout for it if it appeals to you.

New Kit: Tristan's Birthday Bash!

A good friend of mine was having trouble finding a birthday kit to go with the theme of her son's birthday party (Wiggles). So I of course got to designing and this is what I came up with, aptly named for her adorable little boy. This kit is on sale in the Scrappy Kats Store

CONTEST: Name that kit!

I created a new Baby Girl Kit but was having trouble deciding on a name for it. I thought it would be fun to have a little contest to name the kit and whoever's name was chosen would win a free copy of the kit. So far we've had quite a few entries and I look forward to making that final decision. The contest ends on February 11 at midnight ET and the winner will be announced on February 14. Jumping on the "Blog-Wagon"

I've seen so many Scrapbooking blogs pop up lately that I figured I should jump in there too. I'm not a stranger to blogging but this is the first time I've used one as a tool with regards to digiscrapping.

First I'll introduce myself: I'm Katrina Bosch, better known by my scrapping friends as Kat. I have been digiscrapping for quite a while now (I believe my first LO was November 2004) and quickly fell in love with the no mess solution to preserving my photos! Since I was already familiar with Paint Shop Pro I continued to use that program and designing kits became a natural progression for me.

I now own a Digital Scrapbooking Website called Scrappy Kats which is a fairly small site compared to some and has a forum, gallery, store, and chat room. I enjoy "playing" on my site and offering high quality items to those who pass through.
